Accessing and Using Your Intuition is a Skill

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]Everyone has the ability to access their intuition to a level that can really assist them and help change their lives.

Each of the steps, or stages, of Harnessing Your Intuition is a skill set that can be developed.[/text_block]

We are ALL unique

— SPACER —

  • Some people are great at shifting their vibration and accessing states of love and light that feel wonderful, but don’t know how to translate or interpret what they are “getting”. They don’t know how to proceed.
  • Other people are great “translators” or interpretors, but can’t seem to find the time to sit still and actually access the higher vibrations. They don’t always access the “highest and best” ideas.
  • Still others get fantastic ideas and insights but get caught up in all the choices and how to proceed with implementing these ideas into real life. They get “stuck”.
  • Finally, some people are great at taking action, but could stand to use some better insights and ideas of what actions to take exactly. They don’t always have the best outcomes from their actions.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]What we all have in common is an ability to really make our lives work if we could master – or at least improve – our skill sets in each of these four areas:[/text_block]

What is Intuition?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]Your intuition is your connection between “You” and “You”. The “You” that walks around on the earth plane, (asleep half the time), and the “You” that is more expansive.

Developing a stronger intuitive connection is all about working with your current senses that we all know about, and with the senses you didn’t even know you had. Ultimately, what you are seeking is more control and awareness in your everyday life. So that you can choose optimal experiences and greater growth opportunities. And play, have fun, and laugh a lot more.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

How Do I Access It?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]The simplest of our “intuitive” senses to understand are simply an extension of our physical senses. i.e. being able to see or hear beyond the spectrum that most humans can (animals can, why can’t we?).

Some other senses that you have probably not spent a lot of time developing in this lifetime have more to do with sensing less tangible things.  We often refer to it as sensing “Energy”.  Energy is everywhere. And energy has various qualities.  And it is ever-changing. It is often fluid. Much like water.  It can have different densities.  It can come in waves, or it can be calm and still.  If you hit it at high speeds it can feel like a rock.  If you just “slip in”, it can part seamlessly.  You can learn to “feel” energy with your body, and with your hands.  It just takes awareness, and a little practice.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

Why?  What’s the Point?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]As you “play” with your intuitive abilities, and realize the potential that you really have – to sense and interact with your surroundings, you will realize how much more control you can have as you drive your “vehicle” through life.

We could equate it to the difference between being a passenger in the back of a bus, to being the driver of your own private vehicle.  Our surroundings and how we perceive them impact our experiences. To ignore this is simply NOT to be in the driver’s seat.  It is like sitting in the back of the bus.  We are all going somewhere, but from the back we can’t really see much of where we’re going.  In this scenario, we have absolutely no control over our experience.  Someone, or some “thing”, is taking us on a journey, and we just hope they’re a good driver and they know what they’re doing…. and we know how that typically works out for us.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

What’s the Process?

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]Learning to drive your own vehicle takes time. You start with something smaller, and maybe drive it in a controlled environment.. like say a parking lot. As you get more confident, you take it out on the roads. But perhaps, initially, you try and avoid stressful situations like rush-hour traffic. The more you drive your own vehicle, the more confident your become.  The more relaxed you will feel.  The more opportunity you will have to look around you as you go.  The more you will see.  The more you will experience.

Developing your intuition can be a joyful experience. Like every skill you have ever learned, you must practice.  But, if that sounds like work to you, we will re-phrase the sentence.  If you were a 7-year old child, I would simply suggest that we play some games. Specific games.  Where you are being challenged a little, you’re having fun, and you don’t even realize you’re actually learning something very important.[/text_block]

Harnessing Your Intuition is a Circular Process, but can be best described in Five Steps:

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]

Step 1:  Get Perspective  (Shift Your Vibration)

Open to receive insights :  “Shift your vibration” so you can access energies you desire, where you can access your “highest and best” ideas and insights.   Many people use meditation to access these states.  Some people access these states while performing repetitive tasks such as raking leaves or washing dishes.    People who are highly focused on an activity (i.e. athletes) can also access these states.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]

Step 2:  Perceive.   “Tap-in”.  Tune-in to your Senses.

“Tune-in” to your senses in order to perceive your environment.   Working with our senses is a skill we could all improve upon.  Our senses are a very important navigational tool for everyone on the planet.   The more we “awaken” our senses, the more control we have.   The more aware we are of our surroundings, the more opportunity we have to find our path.  Conversely, the more we dullen our senses, the more lost and disconnected we become.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]

Step 3:  Translate.  Understand What It is You Are “Getting”

Identify the Inputs:  In order to make use of the information we are receiving, we must learn how to interpret what it is we are “getting”.  Information comes in a variety of formats:  pictures, “feelings”, emotions, thoughts, sounds, smells….  the more familiar we are with the “inputs”, the easier it is for us to interpret, or translate the information.   The more we practice, or “play” with receiving and translating, the more robust our understanding (inner-standing) becomes.

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]

Step 4:  Narrow Your Focus.  Practice Discernment to Choose the “Highest and Best” Things to Focus on

Find a Focus that serves you in this moment.   This is the process of taking all the wonderful insights and ideas you are receiving, and creating a “short list” of what works for you in this moment.  This process initially involves choosing something, examining it, and then deciding whether to keep it or discard it.   We will never learn anything in life if we are always skating on the surface.  We must make choices.  But in order to really understand the choices we are making, we must “dive in”, and really “feel” what our options are.  The goal is to learn discernment.   How do we identify what the “best” choice would be?   What would be “best” in any given circumstance?    This is a skill.    It can be learned.   And it can always be improved.[/text_block]

— SPACER —

[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”center”]

Step 5:  Choose Your Experience

Choose from a set of “highest and best” options, and use these in your “new” experience.  Dive in and enjoy the choice that you have made.   Take action.  And, as you are having that experience, observe.    What worked?  What could you improve upon?   What would make it even better?

Use that experience to broaden your perspective.  The more experience we have, the more information we can input back into the process.    Use that broader perspective to perceive even more of your environment.  The more we can perceive, the more choices and opportunities we have access to.[/text_block]

[op_liveeditor_element][text_block]This is what we would refer to as a baby step. It’s free. it’s fun. And there is very little commitment on your part.  If you read the emails and do the exercises, you will learn something. And by realizing that you actually can do this, you actually do have some intuitive “strong points”, maybe you will be inspired to take it that one step further and work on those strengths in a larger way.

Each day for the next 7 days, an email will be delivered to your inbox with a brief description of the area we will be working with that day, and then you will given a short exercise to play with.  It should take no more than 5-7 minutes of your time to read the email and the exercise instructions.  How much time you spend doing the daily exercise is up to you![/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
